Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support a busy downtown office in Ottawa, Ontario. This Long-term Contract position is well suited to someone who can manage daily administrative priorities with minimal supervision while maintaining a thorough and responsive approach. The successful candidate will contribute to smooth office operations by coordinating schedules, preparing documents, and supporting internal communication activities.

• Organize meetings and appointments, including booking times, confirming attendance, and ensuring schedules remain up to date.
