What will you do?
- Execute client account administration including account opening, maintenance, and resolution of client requests.
- Maintain existing client accounts and manage timelines and key dates to support client satisfaction.
- Ensure client files and documentation are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
- Respond to client inquiries efficiently (e.g., account transactions, requests, documentation, reporting).
- Assist the Advisor team in welcoming and onboarding new clients.
