Administrador de Servicio al Cliente – Location: Santiago, CL. Req ID : 24172. Onsite or Remote : Onsite Position.
Job Purpose
Manage the accounts assigned to it and the activities associated with them, in order to maintain and improve the performance of Modular Mining products and thus customer satisfaction.
Travel Requirements
Availability to travel up to 50% of the time.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Performance Assurance preparation and planning
- Primary point of contact between customers and Modular Mining
- Identify improvement opportunities previous site visit.
- Present plan of action and strategy to deliver Performance Assurance activities.
- Assess mine operations performance using data analysis including fleet utilization, feeding to primary crusher, mine plan compliance measures, fleet productivity, cycle effectiveness, loading process, etc.
