Job Description

Shape privacy legislation decisions with the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Ontario as an Adjudicator. In this hybrid role, you'll interpret FIPPA, MFIPPA, and PHIPA while working from Toronto.
The Information and Privacy Commissioner of Ontario is looking for an experienced Adjudicator in the Tribunal and Dispute Resolution Division. You will navigate complex legislation while managing a caseload-driven environment, providing essential decisions under FIPPA and related acts. Strong writing and analytical skills are a must, alongside a proven ability for impartial adjudication.
