Job Description
Make a difference in your community with House of Friendship as an Addiction Counsellor. This role focuses on strength-based, person-focused care in the HART Hub program, addressing homelessness, mental health, and addiction issues.
House of Friendship is seeking a dedicated Addiction Counsellor to join the HART Hub team. This full-time position involves working collaboratively with the Langs HART Hub and the Interprofessional Primary Care Team, providing psychotherapeutic and skill-based support. Candidates must possess professional registration and a valid driver’s license for community travel within Waterloo Region.
