Activities Sales Agents for Winter Season 26/27

A role where you help guests make the most of their Lapland holiday while keeping the daily activity flow running smoothly. We are looking for Activities Sales Agents for the winter season . Internally, this role is often simply called _Front_.

In this role, you will work at the center of the hotel's daily activity operations. This is not a reception role; your days revolve around activity sales, schedules, and guest questions. The Front acts as a kind of activity hub where things are kept organized and guests are guided to the right place at the right time.

The pace changes quickly, and unexpected situations are part of everyday life. You'll need good situational awareness and the ability to react fast when needed. Front staff work closely together with guides, and a lot can happen during a single shift.
