ACT - Clinical Coordinator (Mon‑Thurs Days)
Position title: Clinical Coordinator. Program: Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team. Permanent Full‑time, 1.0 FTE, 40 hours per week. Schedule: Monday‑Thursday 7:30 AM‑6:00 PM with an unpaid break. Start date: August 3, 2026. Salary: $105,349–$121,151 annually, based on qualifications. Excluded position.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Clinical Coordinator supports the ACT team by leading daily operations, implementing and evaluating clinical programs, and ensuring the delivery of high‑quality, client‑centered care. The role includes staff supervision, program improvement, and coordination with community partners. Direct client services may also be provided.
