CoreAqua group — is a rapidly expanding, project-based organization backed by private equity and driven by operational excellence seeking an Accounts Payable Team Lead to play a critical role in leading our AP automation process efficiency, enhancing performance visibility, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the business.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 5 AP professionals, providing coaching, support, and performance development.
• Own and modernize the full-cycle AP process, driving automation and reducing manual/paper-based workflows.
• Standardize and streamline AP practices across multiple sites in Canada and the US.
• Ensure accurate, timely processing of invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
• Develop and maintain KPIs for AP performance; drive continuous improvement initiatives.
