You will support the accounting and finance team by handling tenant cash receipts, reconciling accounts, and assisting with month-end and year-end procedures. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and experience, preferably in the commercial real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process daily cash receipts from tenants on time
• Prepare and issue manual invoices for recoverable expenses
• Manage direct chargebacks to tenants accurately
• Reconcile bank accounts and tenant ledgers regularly
• Assist with budgets, forecasts, and financial reports preparation
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2–4 years of relevant experience
