Job Description
Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for an Accounting Clerk in Calgary, Alberta.
The Accounting Clerk performs routine accounting support tasks, including reconciliations, expense and claim processing, accounts receivable activities, and general ledger support, in line with established procedures and deadlines. The role requires regular communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Typical Day
- Perform account reconciliations, including bank and GL accounts
- Process AR transactions, deposits, and daily receipts
- Support AR functions (eComm, EFT, credit card reconciliations, discrepancies)
- Assist AP tasks, including voucher entry and invoice support
- Prepare and post journal entries
- Maintain files, distribute mail, and support administrative tasks
