Job Description
Overview
EllisDon is seeking an Accounting Administrator to support corporate accounting, project teams, and finance operations. The role includes daily banking activity, posting transactions to the general ledger, communicating with the bank to follow up on errors and potential fraudulent transactions, posting cash receipts to project invoices, performing balance sheet and income statement analysis, reconciling general ledger accounts, preparing and recording journal entries and cost allocations, invoicing, monitoring receivables, and assisting with purchases and payables. The position supports month-end internal reporting and external audits and provides ongoing accounting and finance support to project teams.
