Join Prima Living's financial team as an Accountant handling senior living operations in Vancouver, BC or Ontario. This full time position focuses on accounting tasks to support vibrant retirement communities.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations for retirement residences
- Process accounts payable and prepare payment runs
- Monitor accounts receivable and resident billing
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations for accuracy
- Support month-end close and account reconciliation activities
- Coordinate closely with operations teams
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
- Preferred experience in senior living or property management
- Hands-on knowledge of Yardi Voyager accounting software
- Robust attention to detail with high accuracy
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
