Job Description
What you’ll be doing:
- Strategically plan and manage sales processes for key Enterprise Accounts, understanding client strategies and decision‑making to maximize opportunities.
- Serve as the main point of contact for major accounts, ensuring contracts and program requirements are met with exceptional service.
- Collaborate with Strategic Account Managers and sales teams to facilitate and oversee quote requests ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Oversee quote requests for Enterprise and Non‑Enterprise Accounts, coordinating with the Special Order Team for seamless fulfillment.
- Monitor and maintain account profitability, sharing results and insights with clients and internal teams as needed.
- Develop and update client plans for contracted accounts, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.
