As an Account Manager I, you’ll be tasked with managing agency partners and optimizing their Go To Market strategies. Your role will involve training and educating partners, helping them unlock value through effective use of Vendasta's products. You’ll also keep an eye on performance metrics to guide strategic initiatives to foster growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own partner success plans within the first 90 days
• Conduct regular check-ins to evaluate partners' needs
• Implement strategies for upsells and cross-sells
• Analyze partner metrics and provide actionable insights
