The CENTRE FOR CONTINUING EDUCATION is seeking skilled educators for the NUNAVIK SIVUNITSAVUT program, aimed at Inuit students. Qualified candidates must showcase a strong commitment to culturally inclusive teaching while having substantial experience in the relevant field. Candidates will need to demonstrate their ability to teach Inuktitut effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct classes for Inuktitut I
• Develop lesson plans with cultural sensitivity
• Mentor students on Inuit rights and culture
• Participate in program development and review
• Evaluate student progress and provide guidance

• DEC in relevant specialty or higher
• 5-7 years of teaching experience preferred
