Extensive previous experience specializing in disability management, ergonomics, return to work programs and claims managementSupport with claims intake and case management of STD, LTD and WSBC cases as well as workplace medical amodationsWorking for the Director, HR Advisory ServicesExtensive experience in (G)RTW planning and support with HRBP’s and managersReviewing medically-related amodation requests; ergonomics, remote work, etc.Partnering with HR Business Partners and OHS team membersWhat you'll need to succeed
4+ years experience in a similar role in CanadaPrefer experience working in this capacity with a First Nationsmunity, people, and/or businessesSolid knowledge of the concepts, practices, methods...
