About The Job
We’re hiring an ABA Operations Lead to help build and improve the operational backbone of a growing autism therapy practice. This is not a task-based role. You’ll be stepping into a fast-moving environment where you’re expected to figure things out, solve problems, and improve systems without constant direction. If you’ve worked in ABA and enjoy building structure in growing organizations, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Own and manage recruiting operations for clinical staff (BCBAs, RBTs)
- Coordinate hiring, onboarding, and internal workflows
- Support intake processes, insurance verification, and scheduling
- Track credentialing and compliance requirements
- Identify inefficiencies and implement better workflows
- Help create structure across operations as the company grows
