As a key part of the facilities team, this role reports directly to the Facilities Manager. Your responsibilities include routine operation and maintenance of oil-fired heating systems, ensuring safety and compliance. Collaborating closely with certified technicians and plumbers, you will perform preventative maintenance and maintain accurate logs and documentation.
Key Responsibilities: • Operate and maintain oil-fired heating systems and boilers • Perform routine preventative maintenance tasks • Monitor system performance and identify deficiencies • Maintain accurate boiler logs and safety compliance • Participate in emergency response on call schedule
