310T Licensed Mechanic Lead Hand  –  (Days) Riverdale is looking for a hands-on 310T Lead Hand / Shop Foreman to strengthen our London shop team.

This is a high-impact leadership role for a technician who can run complex diagnostics , set the standard for repair quality , and help manage the “shop heartbeat” (workflow, paperwork, and parts readiness) for a standardized Freightliner Cascadia fleet .

This role is for a self-directed professional who thrives in a “Get it Done Right” culture.

You will balance a hands-on workload with technical leadership, ensuring every Cascadia unit returns to service safely and reliably to ensure our mission of animal welfare and food security is never compromised by downtime.
