Job Description
Step into the role of 2nd Cook for a temporary contract in Squamish, British Columbia. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in food preparation while ensuring kitchen cleanliness and safety.
This contract position runs from late September 2026 to January 2027, requiring at least three years of relevant kitchen experience. You'll collaborate with the 1st Cook, manage food preparation tasks, and maintain a clean workspace, including receiving a Food Safety certificate for compliance in British Columbia.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals
• Organize dining area, monitoring supplies and restocking
• Clean kitchen equipment and dining surfaces
• Handle inventory counts and assist with ordering
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, including floor care
Requirements:
