Work Model: You'll work in a hybrid model, onsite at your designated Regal Rexnord location at least 3 days per week (Monday–Thursday), with flexibility to work remotely up to 2 days, including Friday.
Supply Chain Program Manager I PURPOSE OF POSITION Ensure Regal Rexnord Motion is leveraging domestic spend across several plants with in the motion group for their assigned commodity.
Ensure consistency of message with plants that use the same supplier.
Lead negotiations for suppliers that overlap multiple plants in the commodity assigned.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Determine strategy for the commodity assigned.
Drive PPV and savings goals Roll up domestic ABC spend for the commodity assigned.
Communicate strategy and gain buy in for the commodity assigned.
Ensure contractual compliance by preferred suppliers within commodity assigned.
This person will also have plant specific commodity responsibilities.
