Job Description
Role Summary
A Co‑op Student is sought to support the digitization and improvement of equipment records, inspections, and maintenance workflows across a broad range of operational and technical equipment at the Oshawa Elevation Centre (OEC). The position is hybrid, requiring onsite presence at OEC five times per week or as specified by business needs. Key Responsibilities
Review existing control sheets, logs, and tracking records to determine which information should be managed in Maximo, GEETS, or other test and documentation systems. Create and update asset, location, meter, preventive maintenance, and inspection configurations in Maximo for prioritized operational, facility, and technical equipment. Support the setup, confirmation, or refinement of GEETS records for applicable lab and measurement equipment, including calibration and equipment assignment information where appropriate.
