Camp Gencheff is hiring five positive-minded individuals for 1:1 support work. This role involves engaging with children in afterschool programs from 2:30-5:30 and full-time during summer day camps. You'll implement individualized support plans and assist with daily routines while promoting independence and emotional awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personalized one-to-one support for children
• Assist with daily routines and activity participation
• Support communication through AAC and other methods
• Implement emotional regulation and behavior strategies
• Ensure child safety and wellbeing at all times
